Protected Health Information (PHI)
Individually identifiable health information as defined by HIPAA
Telemedicine Consultation
A healthcare service provided remotely through our Platform using audio, video, or other electronic means
E-Prescription
An electronic prescription generated through our Platform and transmitted to a pharmacy

3. TeleHealth Services Description

Our Platform provides the following telemedicine services:

Virtual Consultations

Secure video, audio, and text-based medical consultations between patients and healthcare providers.

E-Prescriptions

Electronic prescription services with drug interaction checking and pharmacy transmission.

Remote Monitoring

Tools for healthcare providers to monitor patient health between visits.

Appointment Management

Scheduling, reminders, and management of telemedicine appointments.

Medical Disclaimer: Our Platform facilitates connections between patients and healthcare providers but does not provide medical services directly. Healthcare providers are independent practitioners and are solely responsible for the healthcare services they provide.

4. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access
  • Using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication when available
Account Termination

5. Healthcare Provider Responsibilities

Provider Requirements:

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Obtain informed consent for telemedicine services
Prescribing Limitations

Healthcare providers must comply with all applicable laws regarding electronic prescriptions, including controlled substance regulations.

6. Patient Responsibilities

Accurate Information

Patients must provide accurate and complete medical history and current health information.

Technical Requirements
  • Maintain reliable internet connection for video consultations
  • Use compatible devices and browsers
  • Ensure adequate privacy during consultations
  • Have necessary equipment for remote examinations when required
Emergency Situations
Emergency Medical Notice: Our Platform is not for medical emergencies. In case of emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

7. E-Prescription Services

Prescription Authorization

Healthcare providers are solely responsible for prescription decisions and must verify patient identity and medical necessity.

Controlled Substances

Prescribing of controlled substances through telemedicine is subject to federal and state regulations. Providers must comply with all applicable laws.

Pharmacy Transmission

We facilitate transmission of prescriptions to pharmacies but are not responsible for pharmacy fulfillment or medication availability.
